Notice: The US VA will require your Agency to Have Insurance prior to contracting. However, there will be time to get insured if you are not already. And because the United States Veteran Affairs is a US Federal Agency, they have the sole right to accept and/or reject any Provider into their network. However, if you are charged by Texas License Certifications & Compliance and then later rejected you will be assess a credit for recompensation to be used to apply for any other Insurance Carrier or on behalf of you company.
